Rugiatu Conteh is a Belgian-based author, professional counselor, and empowerment coach dedicated to guiding women toward spiritual alignment and emotional wholeness. With a unique blend of psychological expertise and Islamic wisdom, she has dedicated her life to helping women heal, grow, and step into their divinely given potential.
Born in Sierra Leone and raised in Belgium, Rugiatu Conteh holds a degree in Psychology, giving her a deep, evidence-based understanding of human behavior, mental health, and emotional resilience. Recognizing that true healing requires nurturing both the mind and the spirit, she expanded her practice to become a specialized Islamic coach and Feminine Elevation mentor.
As a proud Black Muslim woman who wears the hijab, she brings a rich, multi-layered perspective to her work. She intimately understands the intersection of identity, culture, and faith, allowing her to create an exceptionally safe, empathetic, and culturally nuanced space for her clients. Through her professional counseling sessions and her transformative writings as an author, she breaks down barriers and bridges the gap between modern therapeutic practices and traditional Islamic principles.
